About Me

I contribute to a world where women value themselves and their inner wisdom and the wisdom of their bodies, knowing and intuition. I contribute to a world where women lead the way in modeling care, compassion, love and respect and I value guiding women in reconnecting with their deep feminine wisdom. I believe this world needs women who are reclaiming all of this in order to support and sustain life on this planet.

I welcome you to explore how working with me can support you in creating a fulfilling, meaningful life. I believe that we are resilient and creative beings and that we can find fulfillment, joy, authenticity, and purpose in our lives no matter what challenges we have faced in the past or present.

I am passionate about supporting people in exploring themselves and finding solutions to the challenges of being human.

If you choose to work with me, I will offer a non-judgemental place where we can explore your patterns of thoughts, behaviors and ways of seeing yourself and the world. Together we will explore both what challenges you and what your strengths are so that you can move towards having the life that fulfills you. I want to understand what makes you unique from both your history and where you are now. I deeply respect your own inner wisdom, and self knowing and one of my goals is to support you in building skills and capacities to be able to not only survive, but thrive in your life.

My warmth, insight and compassion can assist you in facing challenges so you can take steps to reach your dreams. It is possible to grow into new ways of being, to feel more fulfilled in your life and to heal and thrive. I would be honored to accompany you in that process.

In therapy, we create a unique relationship where you explore new ways of being and get honest and compassionate feedback. You are likely to discover that you are stronger and more resilient than you knew.

What kind of clients do I work with?

I bring over 14 years experience working with a range of people and I hold deep respect for each of my client’s unique life, culture and history. I welcome clients from the range of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds that call the Bay Area home. I work with women and men, and also welcome clients in the LGBTQ community. Some of my passions and interests include:  Being in nature, dance and movement practices, meditation, yoga, art, music, animals and community.

We feel better and thrive through contact and connection, as the latest neuroscience research shows. I value the therapeutic relationship as a place where my clients can explore new ways of being, to receive feedback and find places of resiliency and strength.

The process of therapy and coaching can be magical, transformative, challenging and life changing.
